Your Account

Users need to register an account when placing an order on Perfumemalls.my, and will automatically become a member. The user’s account must be consistent with the email address of the order. Rating & Review

Registered users can rate their completed orders and post comments on the website through the account management system.

Perfumemalls.my reserves the right to reject, edit or remove any content in its sole discretion.

Users will grant Perfumemalls.my an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, recreate and publish the submitted content through any international media platform.

With respect to Merchant Dropshipping, Perfumemalls is not a seller or supplier. If the buyer and the seller have any transaction disputes, they need to discuss and deal with them by themselves. Perfumemalls will only intervene in incidents when required by law.

Therefore, the above disclaimer and these terms of use are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and any implementation principles must not conflict with the law. Points Rebate Program

1. Membership
   The Points Rewards Program (“the Program”) is a free rewards program offered by Perfumemalls to its customers. Membership in the Program (“Membership”) is limited to one individual account per person. Eligible minors must obtain the consent of their parents or legal guardians prior to participation.

You must have a Perfumemalls account and password to be eligible. New customers who register for an account are automatically enrolled in the program.

2. Cancellation of an order
   If an item has been canceled from your order, the points accrued for that item will be debited from your account. Insufficient credits in your account due to item cancellations may result in a negative balance on your account. If your entire order is cancelled, any points accrued on that order will be deducted from your account and any points used to purchase the order will be credited back to your account.
3. Expiration of Points
   All points are valid for 90 days after earning. You can find the current status of all points in your personal account.
4. Perfumemalls Communications
   By registering for an account with Perfumemalls, you agree (or, if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian consents) to receive advertisements, marketing materials and other communications from Perfumemalls. By enrolling in the program, you are automatically subscribed to receive program emails.
5. Opting out of Perfumemalls Communications
   If you do not wish to receive these communications, you may request that these communications cease.
6. Program Changes, Termination and/or Cancellation
   Perfumemalls may, in its sole discretion, change, limit or modify the program rules, terms, benefits, membership or any other feature of the program (including assigning any of its responsibilities to customers under the program to another person or entity at any time, without recourse ) or may terminate the Program at any time in its sole discretion by posting any such changes on the Perfumemalls website.
